Education
When Paul Brundell earned his BSEE from the University of North Dakota and an MBA from the University of Iowa, he learned the value of preparation, research, and precision. His commitment to excellence led him to become a Certified Graduate Builder, Graduate Master Builder and Certified Green Professional, top designations of the National Association of Home Builders. To earn CGB credentials, Paul completed course requirements and pledged to uphold a professional code of ethics.
Balancing Paul’s technical education, Nina Brundell’s degree in fashion gives her a flair for color and texture, and the ability to envision the warmth each home deserves.
Experience
Paul was first introduced to the design and build process by his father, a professional contractor. Under his father’s tutelage, Paul worked with almost every aspect of the business, from excavation to roofing. This hands-on experience shaped his understanding of quality workmanship, as well as an appreciation for the ways in which efficiency of design creates a well built, long lasting home.
Understanding
With three active boys and a jam-packed schedule, Paul and Nina understand the busy lives of today’s homeowners. In addition to business and family, both are dedicated to giving back to their community and are active in a number of local organizations.
